3788 has all the mods I ever bothered looking for, or you could dig up the old Stalker thread in GESC, I believe several useful links were posted there. I don't mean to suggest you haven't even tried to answer your own question, but Google for 'Stalker weapon accuracy mod' might get you some good results.
